VERNICE WATSON: Ms. Vernice Watson is a 20 + year veteran of the Gospel music industry, holding executive positions for Light Records and Word Records.  The list of artists that Ms. Watson has worked with reads like a veritable "Who’s Who" of gospel music: Kirk Franklin, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Oleta Adams, Trin-i-tee 5:7, Kurt Carr and The Kurt Carr Singers Walter, Edwin and Tramaine Hawkins, Andrae and Sandra Crouch, The Winans, Shirley Caesar, The Clark Sisters, Dr. Bobby Jones, and the list goes on and on.

 

Vernice Watson is the founder and CEO of the Gospel Goes Classical Brand.  Gospel Goes Classical began as a dream in 2003 with a stunning live presentation of Dorinda Clark Cole, Byron Cage, and the music of Tramaine Hawkins with the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and Choir, conducted by Dr. Henry Panion III.  Gospel Goes Classical has evolved into one of the most sought after Brands in the music industry.

During the last 15 years Nahchon has developed social programs and curriculum for the Saint Paul Urban League’s welfare to work program. He has been a speaker and presenter at various high schools, church and city organizations through out the Country.

Jack Yates:  was an integral part of the production team which produced the 3 time Stellar Nominated Ensemble – James Grear and Company, and Grear Co Production’s new, exciting choir - James Grear and Nu Friends. Jack also worked on the Music Department’s Instructional Staff of St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Paul Porter: The youngest child of Reverend Eddie Porter and Ora Porter, Paul Porter grew up in Detroit, Michigan, but later moved to Suntag, Mississippi.   Porter led his first group at just nine years old and became known for his natural vocal ability and versatility.

Gary Hines -Gary Hines is one of America's top vocal clinicians of our day. He is the principal Director/Songwriter for the acclaimed Sounds of Blackness where they received two Gold Records for their work. In addition he has served as a staff producer/songwriter for Flyte Tyme's dynamic duo, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

 

Gary has conducted countless music workshops, seminars and lectures

throughout the United States. His artistry incorporates a wide range of

music to include pop, r&b, jazz, reggae,gospel and more. He has appeared with such greats as Quincy Jones, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, Elton John, Danny Glover and others.
